Jon is driven to bring innovative workplace theories to life that enhance performance and experience. He is responsible for Johnson & Johnson’s Global Workplace Strategy Programs including Workplace Experience, Workplace Innovation, Lab Services and Lab Experience. These holistic programs are optimizing; the experience, utilization and efficiency by flexibly evolving place, technology, and culture. Johnson & Johnson has deployed new work environments for over 30,000 employees globally since 2010.
During his career, Jon has also worked in project management, process engineering, facilities management and commercial real estate.
Jon holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He is a LEED accredited professional, PROSCI Certified Change Manager, trained in FPX methodology and a Process Excellence Green Belt.
