Senior Managing Director, Hines

Mr. Craig, is a senior managing director of Hines and became the regional officer and partner responsible for the New York Tri-State office in 1996. His responsibilities include managing development, redevelopment, acquisition, construction, modification and/or interior fit-out projects aggregating (since 1982) approximately 21 million square feet.  He has been directly responsible for projects and transactions valued in excess of $15 billion (value at completion) during this period. M r. Craig served as an adjunct professor of Real Estate Development at the Paul Milstein Center for Real Estate at Columbia Business School from 2010 through 2015, as well as a guest lecturer at New York University. He was a recipient of the Building Trades Employers’ Association (BTEA) Award in 2012 and 2007, and of the Police Athletic League Award in 2009, Member, Board of Trustees, Executive Committee and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee, Phipps Houses, New York City’s largest non-profit developer of affordable housing, and Member, Citizens Budget Commission.
